Phenomenal Women Of The Web

Atlantean Serpent Boy

I made many mask sculptures when I was in college. This is the only one I managed to keep, apparently, as no others have turned up in the boxes of random stuff I'm finding. It was made of Albanes white porcelain clay and kiln fired with an antique bronze glaze. It was purposely left rough to give a feeling of something that might have been left on the bottom of the ocean for ages. Unfortunately, this piece was broken during our move in May 2006.
