This piece started out as a very
ugly little cartoon doodle I made with some pens and highlighter
markers at work. I then came home and made a little reference model using
Victoria 4 in DAZ|Studio. I kind of combined the original ugly sketch and
the equally ugly 3D model to get a set of basic lines (below) and then
colored those.
